Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final on special orders: Personalized, engraved, gift oysters and all jewelry that has been resized and altered.
A full refund or exchanges will be made to any customer who presents merchandise within 21 days of purchase, in its original condition, and with the original sales receipt, packaging and warranty.
Credit Card Refunds
Refunds for credit card purchases will be made to the credit card used for purchase.
Cash and Check Refunds
Refunds for cash and check purchases are mailed to the customer from my aloha pearl.
Special Orders.
All sales are final on Oyster, personalized, special order, engraved jewelry and resize and altered jewelry in length.
